Mr Adam Heath has been Principal of Ballarat Grammar since 2016
Our students are the beating heart of Ballarat Grammar. Their energy, joy and optimism power our entire school community.
As educators and mentors, we are responsible for nurturing their curiosity, guiding them to find their purpose and supporting their passions. Our students are encouraged to explore their potential and how they can contribute to the world.
In addition to building their intellectual curiosity, we aim to ensure that each student understands they belong here at Grammar. As Headmaster, I see our students thrive knowing they are part of a school community that respects and celebrates their differences. Whether their enthusiasm lies in the arts, academics, sport, agriculture or elsewhere, each person’s individuality is valued here. Our students understand that success is defined only by their aspirations and preparedness to work hard.
Our co-educational environment prepares students for reality beyond the School gates by promoting diversity, collaboration and respect. Our boarding program – a home away from home for our rural, regional and international students – creates the same experience. As a school community, we work together to model positive choices, explore challenges with curiosity and reflection, and bring fun and adventure to learning.
