It is through the generosity of those who support the School via scholarships that these experiences have shaped my character and continue to influence the person I strive to become. Having graduated last year, I have decided to spend this year working interstate, experiencing so many new and exciting things, an attitude that was instilled in me during my time at Grammar. I am aiming to return to my studies next year, pursuing a career in the fields of aviation and engineering. If it weren’t for my time at Grammar, and the scholarship that supported me to attend, it would have never been feasible for me to pursue these goals. So, for this reason, thank you.

The Grammar community create environments for students like me, who live in isolated rural communities, to explore their potential in all areas of education. The experiences I enjoyed with the generous support of a Scholarship, are not available where I live. I had the most amazing journey at Ballarat Grammar where I felt nothing was impossible to achieve and this confidence helped my creativity came alive! I believe this would not have been possible without the support of the music staff and my classmates. Through my Scholarship, I’ve had the privilege of not only sharing my songs and stories with others but also discovering the profound impact that music can have on people.

Through the support of a scholarship I was able to attend Ballarat Grammar which enabled me to strive and improve myself in many ways. I am so grateful for all the opportunities and experiences that I have enjoyed through a boarding education at Ballarat Grammar. These experiences have set me up for life after school and I am ever so grateful.
